    20 Mill Street is a 17,000 sq ft warehouse ideally suited to winery use. Its location in the city of Healdsburg provides easy access from 101, as well as plenty of room for large trailers.

    We offer frequent bottlings to match your schedule.

  • GREAT EQUIPMENT

    We have acquired the entire equipment of a 100,000-case winery. It’s in excellent condition, and perfectly sized for this facility. We have over 70,000 gallons of tank space, and can handle single lots from one to 50 tons. Our temperature-controlled barrel room has space for 2,000 barrels.
